No needed logic? Awesome!
My word of the week is "incubation."

Lu . . . what in God's name are you incubating??? Should we be concerned?
I'm a Pisces, so I'm incubating, too. I'm all about impatience lately, so I was pretty annoyed when I found out.
I hope it's something good.

Of course, Jung's typology posed "thinking" vs. "judgment" ([emotional] valuing), and "intuition" vs. "perception." In sum, he covered all bases. And yet you're right that "feeling tone" was a key criterion for his dream interpretation; and he was much more a "feeler/emotionalist" than, say, Freud. . . . It's also interesting, in terms of your blog, that Jung was sympathetic towards astrology ("metaphorically," at least) in some of his later writings. In sum, his greatest contribution was, au fond, telling Freud et al. that "there are more things in heaven and earth . . . than are dreamt of in your philosophy, Mr. Logical f@#$ing Positivists."
Where are you, Artichoke Heart?? I am worried, what with the throat infection and then the silence. We miss you! Let us know you are okay.
Dr. M! Sorry to make you worry . . . I have been, um, a bit, shall we say, distracted? Also, I spent the last week reading/teaching at a workshop in upstate New York.
